Encantada is a guard-gated village of 127 custom single-family homes inside Boca Pointe, near Powerline Road and SW 18th Street in Boca Raton. In the video I go over the community facts, walk through three homes, and then tour a customer's remodel that's still under construction.

Do I have to join The Club at Boca Pointe?
No, membership is optional, and the club has several tiers. Members get 18-hole championship golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness, a pool and dining. Encantada doesn't have its own clubhouse, so if the club matters to you, I'll help you find out what each tier includes.
Should I look at a home here that isn't move-in ready?
Yes, don't be afraid of one. In the video I walk through a customer's remodel: the sunken living room filled in, the ceiling raised, an open kitchen with a hidden butler's pantry, and a primary suite with a lake view and loft office. If a dated home sits on the right lot, I'm happy to walk it with you.
