Vizcaya is a guard-gated 55+ community of 504 single-family homes off Atlantic Avenue in west Delray Beach, about a mile east of the Turnpike. In the video I tour the clubhouse, go over the stat sheet, and walk through two homes at different price points.

How much are homes in Vizcaya?

What does the HOA cost?
When I filmed, dues were about $530 a month. That covers cable, internet, the guard gate, the pool, the tennis and pickleball courts, landscaping, exterior painting and roof pressure washing. I'll get you the exact numbers for any home you like.
Can I turn the extra space into a third bedroom?
Sometimes, but it isn't always worth it. The first home in my video is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath with a flex area off the foyer. You could add a closet and close it off, but I think the house feels bigger left open. I'm happy to walk through the floor plans with you.
