What does the HOA cost?

It depends on the subdivision. Single-family HOAs are usually about $350 to $500 a month, but they don't include insurance, so you'll carry your own policy for the roof. Villa and condo dues run higher because the association covers the roof. The Spyglass Walk towers are the highest at about $1,054 a month. Tell me which subdivision you like and I'll get you the exact numbers.

Do I have to pay country club fees to live on the golf course?

No. In October 2020 the golf course was donated to the City of Boca Raton and became a public course, so residents get the golf course views and landscaping without club dues. You pay only your subdivision's HOA.
