FAQ

Common questions

How much are homes in Villa Borghese?

Homes that closed from January to September 2026 sold for about $315K to $603K, and most landed between $445K and $555K. Condition makes a big difference. In the video, an original home listed at $465K closed for $445K, while a fully remodeled one with the same floor plan was listed at $599K. Call or text me at 954-817-9463 for what's available right now.

What does the HOA cost?

Listings show dues of about $637 to $640 a month, and I quoted about $650 in the video. That covers the 24-hour guard gate, the landscaping, the clubhouse and its amenities, and cable TV. I'll get you the exact numbers for any home you like.

Should I buy an original home or a remodeled one?

It depends on your budget and timeline. In the video I compare two homes with the same 1,722 sq ft layout. The remodeled one has an open-concept kitchen and a brand-new AC and water heater. The original one needs updating but has a large screened patio facing east. I'll help you price the updates before you decide.
