FAQ

Common questions

How much are homes in Huntington Pointe?

Homes that closed from June to September 2026 sold for about $167K to $448K, and most landed between $215K and $395K. Condos usually cost less than villas, and updates and a lake view make the difference. Call or text me at 954-817-9463 for what's available right now.

Why is the HOA over $1,000 a month?

Because it covers a lot. Listings show dues of about $1,025 to $1,055 a month, including the building insurance, water, cable, internet and the grounds. When I filmed, the HOA was paying for new roofs on a row of homes, and exterior painting is on the association too. I'll get you the exact numbers for any home you like.

Can I get a third bedroom here?

Sometimes. Most homes are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The townhouse in my video closed off its dining area with double pocket doors to make a third room. I'm happy to walk through the layouts with you.
