What my clients are saying

My husband and I had the absolute privilege of working with Josh on a home purchase in Delray. Living in New York, we initially reached out to him about a specific property, and from our very first conversation, we knew we were in excellent hands.

Josh truly listened. He took all of our needs and preferences into account and immediately went to work. Within just three days, he found a property that checked every single box — and we were under contract shortly thereafter.

He was completely hands-on and seamless from start to finish. Josh never skipped a beat. He was proactive, incredibly responsive, and always available — whether by phone, text, or most importantly, FaceTime. Being out of state, that level of communication meant everything to us.

He worked exceptionally well with all parties involved — mortgage, title, and everyone throughout the process — ensuring clarity at every step and resolving any concerns in our best interest. He was consistently one step ahead, answering questions before we even had to ask.

We are beyond grateful for his dedication, expertise, and seamless guidance throughout the entire transaction. We look forward to continuing to work with him on our future endeavors. If you're looking for an agent who truly delivers, Josh is the one. Thank you, Josh for making our experience wonderful and an exciting one!

Josh is a SAINT! I was broken down on the side of the road with a flat and he stopped to help. Josh very nicely explained the whole process to me & answered all my questions while putting my spare on. He was kind and patience with me when I had no clue what I was doing. Even though he didn't know me he made sure I was safe & even gave me advice on directions. If you want someone to help you find a home THIS IS THE MAN!! Patient, kind,& the type of guy the help a stranger out in need. THANK YOU JOSH 🫶🫶🫶

Josh was amazing!!! He was always very responsive and easy to work with. He goes the extra mile especially since I live in CA, he gave me a lot of extra care which included taking care of my place and even doing a little handyman work (which he is very good at). As a CA realtor I had high expectations and was very pleased with the outcome. He is also kindhearted and has a lot of patience in the process. I had a wonderful experience and would highly, highly recommend him. I will definitely refer him to anyone I know moving to South Florida. Thank you Josh for your outstanding service.

I would like to say that Josh has been amazing in helping with my transitioning to a new area of living. Josh made the move very welcoming. He paid attention to details. He explained everything clearly, and walked me through every single step of the process. His welcoming demeanor with warm smiles made my move above and beyond what I expected. It was a stress free transition, and the property, location and condo is so beautiful! You are a gem, Josh! Thank you!!!!

Josh was the most energetic, involved, resourceful realtor I have ever worked with. He listed our condo for sale in Deerfield Beach. We live in Michigan. From the first visit he gave me recommendations to remove objections of a potential buyer. Specifically, he identified the area, recommended the exact solution including details, vendor and cost. If I approved, which I did for many, he personally assured the plan was completed. His recommendations removed many "dated elements" and transformed our condo.

Josh's communication was always succinct and timely. I never had an issue trying to reach him.

Josh is personable and positive. We had one buyer not able to close but Josh went right back at it and quickly secured a buyer and we closed on the property.

Through the closing there was an issue with a document because of timing. Josh never let up and we closed successfully. I highly recommend Josh and would partner with him again.

Josh is the man! He goes above and beyond for his clients. Most realtors just want to do the minimum for a quick sale. Not Josh. He spent countless hours with us and is always so quick with communication. He is so well connected that he had an answer for everything. He hooked us up with a few different contractors for our remodel that were also amazing to work with! He even had recommendations for HVAC and mold inspectors that we will likely use too. Go with Josh - you won't regret it.

When we decided to sell our Villa in Boynton Beach, we made contact with Josh to be our agent. We were in Virginia during the process and Josh made it seamless. All of the details were managed on site by Josh and he was constantly in touch with us via FaceTime or live chat every step of the way.

Having a thorough and trustworthy guy like Josh was very comforting for us. His expert abilities with social media and marketing attracted many folks to the open house and we had multiple offers the first weekend it was on the market. The Villa sold fast and above our asking price and we are happy that Josh was there to manage it. Thanks Josh!
